The Quality department at Mossop Leather has consistently achieved an 80% rating in cleanliness and strategic organization over the past several months, as part of the 2G Movement. This initiative is designed to improve housekeeping and discipline standards. The goal of these audits is to enhance on-time delivery, product quality, sustainability, and flexibility by prioritizing well-organized working environments in each department. The plan incorporates 14 key elements, including aligning objectives, improving teamwork, and managing the supply chain to enhance overall company performance.
